Teen Leadership Training (TLT)The TLT program is a four-year program designed to include all aspects of Pathfinder club management, programming operations, and encourage teens to explore and develop their talents in leadership, planning and social skills. The program gives the TLT member experience as a leadership under adult supervision with an assigned mentor. The program uses six major departments of a club as training sections. These include: Administrative, Outreach, Teaching, Activities, Records and Counseling.

Master GuideThe Master Guide Curriculum is intended to train those who wish to be actively involved in junior youth ministry in their local church. Its objective is to provide opportunities for participants to develop an awareness of the role of child/youth leadership and become better prepared to accept this role by receiving training in:• Personal and Spiritual Development • Skills Development • Leadership Development • Fitness Life-style Development

Class A UniformsThe uniform makes the organization real and visible. It represents an ideal and a standard. One of the ways to set up a standard and bring the members of an organization up to that standard is through the uniform. It should stimulate loyalty toward that standard by building morale and binding members into closer fellowship.

Drill & MarchThere are several objectives of drill.
Teaches a group how to work together Develops coordination in the physical development of the individual Sets the standard for the execution of any duty and builds a sense of confidence between the Club Staff and the Pathfinder which is essential to morale. Encourages self-confidence. This confidence includes the sense of having an important place in a group of people It is an activity that is physical. The Pathfinder is physically involved in the activity. Introduces the Pathfinder to the concept of timing. That all of the marching, drill movements can be executed together. Instills discipline and orderliness into the conduct of the Pathfinder that will carry on into the church and community life when the Pathfinder grows to adulthood. Teaches the Club Staff how to use discipline to control activities involving the Pathfinder.
